Event Details

Counties are on the front lines and deal with many impacts of opioid use, treatment and overdose. Over the past year, several states and local governments have started filing lawsuits against manufacturers and distributors. The purpose of this NCACC-hosted forum is to provide an avenue for county attorneys to hear about law firm litigation strategy and from the NC Attorney General’s office on the state’s approach.

Following the information session, county attorneys are invited to take part in a group discussion on specific legal elements of the opioid issue. Even if you have already informed the NCACC of your interest in participating in this discussion, we ask that you confirm your attendance by registering below.
