Join us in March for a discussion of issues surrounding Medicaid administration, the state-county partnership, and the county role. The agenda will include an overview of the current status and county work in Medicaid processing; perspectives on Medicaid reform; and an opportunity to share lessons learned between county participants. Leadership from the N.C. Dept. of Health and Human Services will share follow-up and updates on FNS administration, NC FAST, and joint state-county initiatives. Lunch will be provided.
This day is designed to share information and insights with and between County Commissioners, County Management Staff, and DSS leadership. We hope you will attend with a team of these participants from your county. Counties with attendees from three or more different departments will receive a special gift at lunch!
**February 16 update**: Thank you for your interest in the County Convening on Medicaid. The response to this event has been overwhelming, and we are unable to accept any additional registrations.
Within the next week, we will be reaching out with an invitation to as many waiting list registrants as we can accommodate. Please accept our apologies if we cannot make space for you. NCACC staff will be recording the event and making it available online so everyone can access the day’s content.
